You can find a brief presentation of the blogs at genteblogger.com.
Blog checklist 2012
The checklist contains the points “domain”, “legal”, “posts”, “SEO”, “design”, “sharing”, “contact” and “advertising”. It is very difficult for a blog to comply 100% with all the points. Issues that may have legal consequences are more critical than, for example, the design of the site and should be dealt with as a priority.
Domain and website: is it easily memorable?
The domain is the brand of the blog. It is often the first thing that is noticed. Especially for verbal communication, it is important to choose a URL that offers little chance of misinterpretation. Ideally, a domain meets the following 4 points. To meet the minimum, the blog should meet at least one of the following 4 requirements.
Generic: the name is the same as a verb cayman islands phone number library or noun such as running, profession, marketing, video games, etc.
Short the domain
Avoid errors: the URL does not contain combinations of letters and numbers that cannot be spelled accurately. Words where it is easy to make spelling mistakes should also be avoided.
Memorable: this point is perhaps the advanced editing and photography most difficult. Choose a name that is not so easily forgotten. If your domain is generic, it is easier to meet this point.
Web loading speed: there are a number of tools to check if the loading speed of the web is within acceptable parameters. Both for SEO and to prevent your users from escaping, this is something you should give importance to.
Neither of the two winners has managed aub directory to meet one of the points mentioned.
In both cases, there could be problems with writing for people who do not have a good command of English. With AppleU, there is even the doubt as to whether “you” is written at the end if it is not visible in writing.
Legal avoiding lawsuits for your blog
What must be avoided at all costs is that a personal or corporate project becomes a legal risk. It is an issue that most blogs have totally neglected. In other countries, such as Germany, there is a business around lawsuits against websites that violate some of the following points. In Spain, the regulations are similar and lawsuits of this type are already being observed. Since I am not a lawyer, these issues should be discussed directly with a specialized professional in case of doubt.
1. Photos: there is a custom of taking photos directly from websites found on Google. This is a violation of copyright that can lead to a lawsuit for thousands of photos for the unauthorized use of a single photo.
2. Domain name: many product blogs contain the name of brands. Although in the end they are doing free advertising for companies, there is a great risk that at some point the blog’s activity will have to be stopped after receiving a letter from their lawyer.
3. Legal notice: for corporate blogs it is essential to include a legal notice. All personal blogs that contain advertisements require it as well. Although for most blogs the legal notice is mandatory, a very high percentage of bloggers are not taking it into account.
