How does a keyword that resolves to multiple search intents affect me? This is important to us, but at the same time, it should not matter to us at all. That is, strategically we must know that Google is solving the semantics or the set of keywords.
Whatever you want to call it that
We promote on our page with one or several search intents. Basically, because we will hardly attack several of them, so it is important to know on page what opportunities we have to appear.
That is, imagine that
I bet on a post for “restaurants in Mallorca” (and all the keywords relat to that same search intent). By doing this I am attacking a search intent of the skype database KNOW type because with a post I will hardly opt for people who want to make a reservation (search intent type DO OBTAIN) or who are looking for a particular restaurant (FIND LOCATION).
If I find that for that type of search
Google offers a two search intents and relegates KNOW to its last two results, I know that I have it very difficult and that just to be able to reach position 8 I have to be the best. And although this is not fix, it does give me an idea that I am not going with you need to speak the same language and show empathy the best possible strategy ahead.
On the other hand, once
I know that I have to go for a search intent, it doesn’t matter how many that specific keyword has, I will do the same: my HTML will be the same and any usa data links I might ne will be the same, regardless of how many search intents appear in that SERP.
And why not go for multiple search intentions on the same page?
It might seem that if Google covers search intents with a single search, the content that addresses all of them should be the best.
